SMOKE DETECTORS
Photoelectric Smoke Detector
The System Sensor low profile photo electronic smoke detector is specifically designed to meet the performance requirements of the fire detection/alarm systems. The detector uses a state-of-the-art optical sensing chamber and is designed so that if the LED fails, it will not cause an alarm. The detector is designed to provide open area detection, and when installed in a two-wire base, is compatible with the Gamewell-FCI fire alarm control panels. The detector’s operation and sensitivity can be tested in place. The 2151 detector is designed with plug-in construction and plugs into the same base as the 1151 ionization smoke detector, making both models interchangeable. Bases are available for the following types of operation.
Features & Benefits:
- Built with a low-profile construction.
- Offers an easy plug-in of the head to base.
- Designed with a tamper-resistant feature.
- Includes a Test Switch.
- Shows a 360° view angle of the alarm LEDs.
- Compatible with Gamewell-FCI control panels.
- Uses an audible sounder base (optional).
- Supports the field metering of detector sensitivity.
- Provides a removable insect screen and cover for field cleaning.
- Has an insect-resistant screening (020″/.508 mm openings).

Honeywell Home 5809SS Wireless Fixed Heat and Rate-of-Rise Temperature Sensor
The Honeywell Home 5809SS Wireless Fixed Heat And Rate-of-Rise Temperature Sensor offers expanded fire detection and installation flexibility. It is ideal for hard-to-wire locations and applications that require more than smoke detection. This is a fast and easy install with no wires to run.
The 5809SS contains a built-in fixed temperature sensor, which will signal an alarm if the environmental temperature rises above 135°F. The 5809SS also incorporates an additional rate-of-rise temperature sensor. Fires typically cause a rapid rise in temperature in the surrounding area. The 5809SS rate-of-rise thermostat senses the rise in temperature and signals an alarm if the increase is 15°F or more per minute. The 5809SS is UL Listed (UL 521) and CSFM approved for commercial and residential applications.

- Contains a built-in transmitter which can send alarm, supervisory and battery condition messages to the
- system’s receiver/control unit.
- Powered by a three-volt lithium battery. If the battery voltage gets too low, the 5809 sends a low battery signal to the control panel
- Features a tamper switch, which causes a trouble signal to be sent to the control if the unit is removed from the mounting base
- UL Listed for Commercial (when using 5881EH Receiver) or Residential applications
System Sensor 5602 194°F Fixed Temp/Rate-of-Rise, Single-Circuit Mechanical Heat Detector
